BOOKING PITCHES CANCELATIONS:

1. Cancelling 15 days or earlier, we return you the 100% of the deposit, excepting administration fees: 8€.

2. Cancelling with less than 15 days, we don’t return anything, we invoice the 100% of the deposit.

3. Regardless of the notice period, if the cause is force majeure and justified, we will proceed to return the entire deposit, excluding administration fees (8€).

CANCELLATION OF MOBILE HOME RESERVATIONS:

1. Cancelling 15 days or earlier, we return you the 100% of the deposit, excepting administration fees: 8€.
